This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the hearts2hearts platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using our services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated below.

1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by hearts2hearts through our website or mobile application, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and hearts2hearts ("Platform", "We"). They apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and active members in Malaysia.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement. hearts2hearts reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account found to belong to a user below the minimum age requirement.
2Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register one (1) account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address.
Account Security Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. hearts2hearts will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party. You are required to notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Never share your login credentials with anyone. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access your account is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
Identity Verification
Hearts2hearts reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a Malaysian ID card) at any time to meet compliance requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.
3User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a hearts2hearts user, you agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that contravenes applicable Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform's systems or technical infrastructure.
- Do not use false information, a false identity, or unauthorised payment methods when registering or making transactions.
- Do not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing.
- Do not use any unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Do not post or distribute harmful, threatening, or offensive content directed at other users or platform staff.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and hearts2hearts reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any associated balance or bonuses.
4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
Official Currency
All transactions on the hearts2hearts platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Any deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the payment system, and hearts2hearts accepts no responsibility for any exchange rate discrepancies.
Deposit Policy
All deposits must be made from a legitimate source using a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. hearts2hearts reserves the right to decline deposits suspected of originating from unauthorised or third-party sources. Processed deposits are non-refundable except under circumstances approved by management.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. Prior to the first approved withdrawal, users may be required to complete full identity verification. hearts2hearts reserves the right to allow 1 to 5 business days to process each withdrawal request, depending on the level of review required.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by hearts2hearts are subject to the rollover requirements specified at the time the bonus is awarded. Bonuses may not be withdrawn as cash until the rollover requirements have been fully met. hearts2hearts reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The hearts2hearts platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. hearts2hearts is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss.
The maximum total liability of hearts2hearts to any user under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the hearts2hearts platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, interface designs, text, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of hearts2hearts or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any of this content without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
Any third-party links found on the hearts2hearts platform are provided solely for the user's convenience. hearts2hearts is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites, and accessing them is entirely at the user's own risk.
6Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Hearts2hearts reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for reasons including but not limited to: violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, or at the user's own request. Accounts closed due to serious violations may not be eligible for fund recovery.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting hearts2hearts customer support. All eligible balances will be returned to the registered bank account once the review process is complete.
Changes to These Terms
Hearts2hearts reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any posted changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through mutual discussion, and if unresolved, through the appropriate arbitration or court proceedings in Malaysia.
